We're excited to partner with Krewe Du Pooch again this year for their 2024 dog parade!! In addition to marching with several of our pups and adoptions on-site at their after party, our rescue assists in providing all volunteers for the day of the parade.

For National Change a Pet's Life Day on January 24th, we're waiving all adoption fees for any dogs or cats who have been looking for their forever homes for six months or more AND even throwing in their next annual examination and vaccines FREE!!
Introducing the first Fine Wines for Canines of the New Year!
Our shelter has very limited hours over the Christmas holiday. After our dedicated animal care staff have cared for the dogs and cats on-site, they will turn off the lights and leave for the warmth and comfort of their homes. Once they are gone, the animals will be alone.
For one week only, adoption fees will be reduced to $25 on all available dogs, puppies, cats and kittens!!
Visit our rescue Monday, December 11th – Friday, December 16th 8 AM – 5 PM for $25 adoptions or check out all of the dogs and cats available for adoption at the links below.
Just in time for the holidays, we're hosting our biggest holiday party yet!!!
