Home 4 the Holidays is a holiday adoption drive that saves the lives of orphan pets and raises awareness about the importance of petadoption during the holiday season. Why? More families bring a new pet home during the holiday season than at any other time of the year.
The St. Tammany Humane Society along with more than 4,000 pet adoption facilities participated in the Blue Buffalo Home 4 the Holidays Campaign this year. With the help from many media, business and individual groups the Home 4 the Holidays Adoption Drive found forever homes for over 1.3 million shelter pets! This year made H4H the largest pet adoption campaign on record, saving over 10 million pets since its inception in 1999. More specifically, the St. Tammany Humane Society was able to place 255 of their animals through this program. We couldn't have done it without you!
