Thanks so much for your interest in Larry Brew Fest 2024! LarryFest combines commercial and homebrew beers for an exciting day to benefit our furry friends!

In addition to a beer garden featuring 200+ different brews to sample, the fest includes music, food trucks, market vendors and dogs are always welcome. Since its inception over 10 years ago, LarryFest has has grown tremendously, having a significant positive impact on the homeless animals of our rescue!!

This year’s Brew Fest will be held Saturday, June 22nd, 2024, at the Castine Center in Mandeville. Please consider becoming a sponsor or vendor. In addition to helping a great cause, your business will also be recognized on several marketing platforms listed below.

Type of Sponsorship

Breweries/Distilleries will receive the following:

  • Medium logo/name on event t-shirt Medium logo/name on event -day signage
  • Medium logo/name on humane society website Recognition on social media
  • 2 wristbands to the fest per 1/6 bbl keg

Set up information is below:

  • Set up day of event 11AM-2PM
  • 10x10 space including an 8-foot table, 2 chairs, cups, ice, buckets, water & generic signage (for distributing breweries) will be provided
  • NO outside table/chairs permitted
  • Vendor must provide other supplies needed (tent, tablecloth, extra signage)
  • No food or drink sales are permitted

Market vendors will be provided with the following:

  • 10 x 10 space including one 8-foot table and 2 chairs
  • Marketing mentions in event email blasts
  • Marketing mentions on social pages
  • Additional tables available for $35 charge each

Rules, Requirements & Set Up Info: 

  • Vendor fee of $100 (plus any additional tables) paid at time of registration
  • Vendor can not bring outside tables or chairs
  • Vendor to provide other supplies needed (tent, tablecloth, signage, etc.)
  • No food or drink sales are permitted
  • Set up day of event 11AM-2PM
Sponsorship Levels:

Homebrewers will receive the following:

  • 2 wristbands to the fest for each 5 gallons of homebrew donated
  • 10x10 space including an 8-foot table, 2 chairs, cups, ice, buckets, water & generic signage will be provided

  • Homebrewer will need to provide other supplies needed (tent, tablecloth, extra signage)
