With over five years of hands-on experience in the animal care industry, Savannah has worked in both high-volume boarding facilities and professional dog training centers. Her background includes extensive knowledge of canine behavior, enrichment, and safe handling practices, making her a valuable resource for both our team and the animals in our care. At home, she’s a proud cat mom to a 9-year-old Russian Blue named Bean.When she's not at the shelter, Savannah runs a nonprofit dance organization focused on community empowerment through movement and performance. She’s excited to bring her passion and expertise to the Humane Society and continue making a difference in the lives of animals and the people who love them!
