With more than 20 years of experience in management, operations, and customer service, Heidi brings a strong focus on creating efficient systems while providing an exceptional experience for both clients and their pets. Since joining Northshore Humane Society in 2021, she has helped implement new programs, improve clinic workflows, and develop processes that support both the veterinary team and the families they serve.
As Practice Manager, Heidi is passionate about building a positive, organized environment where excellent client service and quality veterinary care go hand in hand. A lifelong animal lover, she is also a proud cat mom of Tigger, BlueKitty, Lichen and Mama Odie and houseplant enthusiast who enjoys spending her free time outdoors and tending to her ever-growing plant collection.
